This commercial electric fryer features a strong heating element that quickly heat the oil to your desired temperature, ensuring fast and thorough cooking.
You can adjust the temperature easily from 175¡ãF to 390¡ãF (80-200¡ãC). The commercial deep fryer automatically shuts off if the temperature exceeds 446¡ãF (230¡ãC) or if there's a malfunction with the temperature controller.
All parts, including the oil tank, are easily removable for cleaning. The stainless steel exterior simplifies wiping down after use.
The feet are adjustable, while a well-matched cover reduces oil splashes. A front hook facilitates convenient basket draining.
